hijau88 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using hijau88's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms set out below. These terms apply to all users of the platform in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the hijau88 platform (including the website, mobile app and related services), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
You must meet the following requirements to use the hijau88 platform:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in Malaysia.
- Not be subject to any prohibition or restriction order issued by any relevant authority.
- Use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless prior written consent has been obtained from hijau88.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. hijau88 reserves the right to deny access to any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements above, without prior notice.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any given time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. hijau88 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.
Hijau88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your Malaysian identity card) before processing withdrawals or in situations that require verification. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
Users are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent activity, use of automated software (bots), game manipulation, money laundering, or any action that undermines the integrity of the platform. Violations will be acted upon immediately, including account termination and legal action where necessary.
3. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the hijau88 platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required or applied. Accepted deposit methods include FPX (online banking), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. The list of available payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
Deposits are typically processed within two (2) minutes of payment confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawals are processed within a set timeframe depending on the chosen payment method and account verification requirements. Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as withdrawal limits, are determined by account category and can be reviewed from the user's account dashboard.
Hijau88 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including banking system disruptions, technical failures on the part of third-party payment providers, or force majeure events. Any transaction dispute must be reported to us within thirty (30) days of the date on which the transaction in question occurred.
All deposits made into a gaming account are final and non-refundable, except where a technical error is proven to be the fault of hijau88's system. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate before confirming any transaction.
4. Liability Limits and Account Policy

The hijau88 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, technical errors, or system failures. hijau88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including in-game monetary losses.
Game outcomes generated by a correctly functioning system are final. In the event of a technical failure that affects a game result, hijau88 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wager to the user's account balance.
Account Suspension and Closure
Hijau88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:
- User breaches any of the terms stated in this document.
- Suspicious activity, fraud or manipulation attempts have been detected on the account.
- Registration information found to be false or inaccurate.
- User registers multiple accounts using the same or different identities.
- A directive from a relevant authority has been received to close or restrict the account in question.
For account closure at the user's own request, users must contact hijau88 customer support via email. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal once identity verification is complete, subject to any applicable wagering requirements.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the hijau88 platform — including but not limited to logos, interface design, game graphics, text, images, software and source code — is the exclusive property of hijau88 or our licensors and is protected under Malaysian copyright and intellectual property law.
